Police investigating brick thrown into East Austin home
Police are investigating a brick with an offensive message thrown into the window of an East Austin home.
The brick, thrown through a 4-year-old boy’s bedroom window, read “Keep Eastside Black. Keep Eastside Strong.”
The homeowner, Barbara Frische, who is white, said she has lived in the home for 10 years.

Police have not classified this incident as a hate crime, said Austin Police Sgt. Richard Stresing, because hate crimes target an individual specifically because of an identifying characteristic, like race. Police say the incident has been classified as criminal mischief and deadly conduct.
Incidents found to be based on race, sexual orientation, ethnicity, disability or gender are flagged as hate crimes, Stresing said, so they can be referred to the Department of Justice.
As always let’s play the fun game of “What if this happened to a Black person?” And I think it becomes pretty clear that there is at minimum a double standard occurring here.
Funny how often attacks against whites are summarily dismissed as “not hate crimes” or “possible hate crimes” when if the same attack occurred against one of our more delicious minorities the same officials that pooh-pooh hate crimes against whites might very well injure themselves attempting to call it a hate crime, no qualifications necessary.

He could not avail himself of the triple penalties and rapid government/justice system response given a protected minority.

Hate crime prosecution is not for everyone as Eric Holder admitted in hist testimony, only historic “victim groups” would qualify. We assume this means, Blacks, Jews, non Cuban Hispanics, homosexuals unless they keep their lives private and vote Republican – you know the usual Lib/Min PC crowd.
But, please note the changes in PC victim groups in Europe/Canada – as rapidly expanding Muslims populations are jumping on the PC Hate Crime/Hate Speech victim band wagon.
And note that Sen Majority Leader Harry Reid listed the victim groups as “gays, Latinos, the disabled and Muslims!”
Jews are increasingly targeted on American PC universities as Zionist oppressors and it is by no means unrealistic to think that Hate Crime Laws/hate speech laws will be used to persecute American Jews who have any ties to the state of Israel.
The Stalinist world of thought crimes is every changing, as in the original Stalinism, the persecutors can have the tables turned on them in show trials.

“Hate Bill” Favoritism
If “hate bill”-obsessed Congress can’t protect Christians from “gays” as much as it wants to protect “gays” from Christians, will Congress be surprised if it can’t protect itself from most everyone? If “hate bills” are forced on captive Americans, they’ll still find ways to sneakily continue to “plant” Biblical messages everywhere. By doing so they’ll hasten God’s judgment on their oppressors as revealed in Proverbs 19:1. I can’t believe my ears and eyes when I read and hear about this stuff. How many times do people like the Rev. Ted Pike and dozens of other sharp individuals have to warn “white americans” and “Christians” that HATE CRIMES, are deadly towards them. Whites are not included when having been wronged in the supposed “justice” HATE CRIMES brings,BUT they are exclusively included in the punishment HATE CRIMES will exact. WHEN ARE SOME OF YOU STUPID PEOPLE GOING TO WAKE UP. THE REV. PIKE AND OTHERS ARE TOO POLITE TO PUT IT THAT WAY, BUT IT’S THE TRUTH.
