While beauty is absolutely in the eye of the beholder I can only say that I thought Miss Christie was an affirmative action choice, and that any non-White who’d made it that far would have been selected over an actual English girl. Again, just my .02 but I found both of the runners up much more beautiful than the winner.
She has been replaced by a remarkably beautiful woman, Katrina Hodge who just BTW happens to be a British Vet and is known colloquially as ‘Combat Barbie’…
So color me delighted that this lovely young lady will now have the honor to represent the old sod, one senses she may actually understand honor unlike her predecessor. And now on with the weekend linkage…
