Yesterday I posted an article on AA in American law schools which noted that of every 11 Black law school students only one actually belongs in his spot. A pretty shocking number I imagine you’d agree.

If we were to truly roll back affirmative action minorities in general and blacks in specific would find themselves locked out of many jobs. In fact any profession that required testing would turn out the exact same way things did in the Ricci case which instigated the suit in the first place.
The highest scorers on the test were all white along with one Hispanic, and that is precisely what affirmative actionless future will look like. In fact time after time we see this pattern repeating itself, Statistically Asians and whites top the list followed by Hispanics with blacks at the bottom.
It may be depressing but its true. So if you were to honestly go by the test you would most likely no longer statistically have any black firemen or policemen to speak of. And how well do you think that would go over in a nation where black folks can vote?
But here’s a new thought, have you ever really thought about just how different America is today versus even forty years ago? I bring this up because during the pause in the great wave of immigration that ended in the 1920’s American Blacks entered the middle class in astonishing numbers, the vast majority of them doing good paying blue collar work.
Here’s the problem today, the vast majority of those good paying blue collar jobs either don’t exist, have been outsourced, or are currently filled with illegal aliens. So if we were to end affirmative action not only would the vast majority of Blacks be locked out of good paying white collar work, but good paying blue collar jobs are more than a bit like hens teeth these days.
And then what?
Under the guise of protecting racial minorities, laws, programs, and practices discriminate in hiring and promotion, in access to loans for business and housing, in college admission and scholarships, and in numerous other ways that affect livelihoods of Whites. Showing favoritism to any individual simple because of race is not only incongruous, but harmful… true equality may only be achieved by merit, and intellectual capacity.
True, but as I say, if you have a group of people who cannot compete and can vote? It will never work.
Negroes will continue to be under achievers… until the whites recognize that Negroes lack the intellectual capacity to compete… if the whites fail to edify the Negroes, to their culture derisory… their struggle will indeed be more pronounced.
A glimpse into the future:
The States with large minority populations and bloated debt loads will be put to work on multipliable construction projects in revitalization attempts; pressuring State and Federal government to raise taxes; look for government to counter by introducing (value added tax) one modeled after similar taxes already in place in Europe.
A good example of a (value added tax) is tax imposed on a manufacturer when he sells to a wholesaler and again when a wholesaler sells to a retailer and again when the consumer buys.
The major problem will be attracting wealthy whites back to the cities; most affluent whites steer clear of trouble spots and high taxes which many big cities have in abundance.
The Government will continue pouring money into revitalization projects for dying concerns, but it’s too late; affirmative action, over regulation, and massive immigration from the third world weaken countries with large European populations.
The wealthy will avoid investing in these cities; knowing they’ll be hit hard by taxes later down the road to pay for entitlement programs, and possible discrimination lawsuits, and of course crime.
Look for the wealthy to create tax havens outside the United States and the United Kingdom; while divesting from virtually every major cities, and urban centers leaving the cities to the states to control.
