As the title indicates I’m a little under the weather this weekend so I have every intention of being as lazy as possible, so with that in mind when I was casting about for a suitable theme for this weekends linkfest I could not help but note with more than a touch of hope all the chewy judicial goodness that has been raining down on us poor Conservative sorts lately after the awesome Heller decision earlier this year.
